Archaeology TrailDiscover the rich archaeology of Snettisham Park Farm. Visitors are often surprised to find that our Farm is the site of an important Roman Villa, a Saxon Settlement, the famous St Thomas' Chapel and much more.
Other features, found by English Heritage in their field walking survey of Park Farm in 1989, include a large burial mound to the east of St Thomas' Lane, and a further two settlements, possibly tenants of the main Roman Villa.
The Archaeolgy leaflet contains detailed facts regarding the fascinating finds that have been made on our Farm. Make sure you obtain this leaflet at reception.
